HPC takes housing issues (shown on the far left), and with the help of government and industry, focuses them into research, training, and consulting. HPC then communicates the findings to idustry, government, and homeowners. This helps to dirve Homeowner and Corporate Memberships. This process if all founded on HPC’s available resources and objectives.

About Us

About HPC
The Homeowner Protection Centre was established to advocate for homeowners and their important issues. It is a network of homeowners, builders, renovators, and home product and service suppliers who are committed to improving housing and housing-related services across Canada. The HPC is not-for-profit, and is supported through memberships and donations by homeowners and companies.

The HPC is a virtual resource centre for homeowners. Homeowners can access information resources to assist in buying, building, maintaining, expanding, renovating, and making the most of their homes. At the same time, the HPC aims to collect homeowner experiences with builders, renovators, and home product and home service suppliers, and use these to improve the housing marketplace.

The HPC helps homeowners understand their consumer rights when purchasing or renovating a home or buying a home product or home service. The HPC also helps companies become more responsive to the needs of their customers. It works with builders to improve their business and customer service processes.

We at the HPC hope homeowners, builders, renovators and home product and service suppliers will lend their voice and make a difference. Collectively, we can help everyone in the housing marketplace.
